1. Go to Pelago.com or download the Pelago App
2. Select the activity you would like to book
3. Select the activity date and option you would like to book, then select 'Checkout'
4. Upon check out, select 'Promo Code'
5. Enter the promo code and click 'Apply'
Terms of redemption
1. Only one e-gift card can be redeemed per booking.
2. Cannot be applied with other promo codes.
3. Not exchangeable for cash, not refundable, and cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.
4. In the event of booking cancellation for a cancellable and refundable booking, the e-gift card will be returned to your "Promo Code" Wallet.
5. Pelago reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the e-gift card without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
