Upon completion of assessment class, present your mobile device with an open gift voucher to the merchant staff and click on the gift code. Merchant staff will enter their pin to complete the redemption process.

For current/former members, contact and present the WOGI voucher to the brand representative. Voucher will be accounted for on the next calendar month.

Terms of redemption

Assessment Class only for new members (not a current or former swimmer of SportsLab), to check for swimming proficiency and for streaming into appropriate levels. Every swimmer can use multiple WOGI gift cards, but not exceeding 2 gift card every 4 months. No makeup vouchers will be provided for rescheduling classes due to reasons aside from bad weather and medical reasons.
