Terms of redemption

Once the purchase of gift vouchers are processed and sales captured, no cancellation, exchange or refund will be made.
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to any account.
The validity dates stated on the voucher apply.

The gift voucher is exchangeable for products at any Isetan Store in Singapore, excluding items services from KOSE Beauty Centre, cafes & restaurants, alteration & delivery services.
If the value of the voucher is not fully redeemed, no refund in cash or in other means will be given for the balance.
The gift voucher is the responsibility of the holder. Isetan Singapore will not be held liable for the loss or damage of the voucher.
