1) The e-gift card must be redeemed by the expiry date indicated; no extension will be allowed.
2) All e-gift cards are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
3) Upon confirmation, your order will be confirmed within 24-48 hours, subject to availability, and a tracking link will be sent to your email.
4) Confirmed orders will be delivered within 7-14 working days; NO delivery fee will be charged.
5) Faulty goods redeemed using this e-gift card can be exchanged for another product of the same value.
6) Upon confirmation, the order once placed cannot be cancelled or modified
7) Please provide the correct shipping address, name, and delivery time, as this cannot be changed after the order is placed.
