1. Cash e-voucher is valid for 6 months from the issuance date. Strictly no further extension will be given to expired e-vouchers. 
2. Cash e-voucher QR code must be presented at the time of purchase. 
3. Cash e-voucher is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, nor substituted for other rewards. 
4. Cash e-voucher will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the e-voucher is non-refundable. 
5. Cash e-voucher is non-redeemable on past bills. 
6. Cash e-voucher can only be redeemed for dine-in and takeaway orders made at Délifrance Café outlets in Singapore, but not at Délifrance Express Corners 
operated under the names NTUC, Fairprice Xpress, Cheers, or the Délifrance website
