4. Beverage options are limited to coffee or tea, except tea served by the pot.
5. This e-Gift Card is redeemable at participating Henri Charpentier outlets in Singapore only, subject to stock and product availability.
6. This e-Gift Card is not valid in conjunction with VIP privileges, other discount cards, promotions, or vouchers, where applicable.
7. This e-Gift Card is valid until its stated expiry date. Expired e-Gift Cards will not be accepted or extended.
8. Any unused balance will not be refunded, exchanged for cash, or credited toward future purchases.
9. This e-Gift Card is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be cancelled once issued.
10. Lost, stolen, deleted, expired, damaged, or unauthorized use of the e-Gift Card will not be replaced or reimbursed.
