Redeem at Cashier:
Please present the E-Voucher upon payment request to the cashier.

Redeem at Self-Checkout Kiosk:
• Scan Items: Scan your groceries as normal at the self-checkout terminal.
• Select Payment: When you reach the payment screen, select "FairPrice eVoucher".
• Scan Voucher: Use the handheld scanner to scan the QR code of your FairPrice E-Voucher. 
• Complete Payment: Once the E-Voucher value is deducted from the "Balance to Pay", click the Cancel button on the kiosk pop-up window (this only closes the window, it does not cancel your purchase). If there is a remaining balance, select another payment method (credit/debit card) to pay.

1. This e-voucher is valid for use and redemption at any FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Unity and Warehouse Club stores (except for Unity at Changi Airport Terminal 3).
2. This e-voucher is not valid for purchase of lottery products, gift vouchers or gift cards.
3. No refund and transfer of e-voucher is allowed. There will be strictly no refund of the credit balance in the e-voucher after the expiry date.
4. This e-voucher is not applicable with Scan & Go purchases, and cannot be redeemed on the Scan & Go mobile app.
5. This e-voucher may be used for multiple transactions in denominations of SGD 0.01 until it runs out or expires.
6. The e-value, which would be deducted during a redemption, will be determined by either the voucher balance or the total basket value, whichever amount is lower.
7. This e-voucher must be presented before payment.
8. This e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance as at the expiry date shall not be renewable, exchangeable or transferable. 9. This e-voucher cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, stolen or expired.
