1. The eGift card is valid only within the validity period stated on the eGift card.
2. The eGift card is redeemable only for purchases made through the Nano Singapore online store in Singapore.
3. The eGift card cannot be redeemed for purchases made through third-party platforms, physical stores, atrium events, self-checkout, or any other sales channel not operated by Nano Singapore.
4. The eGift card may be used to purchase products up to the value of the eGift card. Any remaining balance is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Products purchased using the eGift card are subject to Nano Singapore's applicable return and exchange policy. Any approved exchange must be for a product of equal or lower value.
6. The eGift card is not exchangeable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, misused, or accessed by an unauthorised person.
7. Extension of the eGift card validity period is strictly not permitted.
8. Nano Singapore reserves the right to refuse the redemption of an eGift card in the event of suspected fraud, misuse, duplication, technical errors, or any dispute.
9. Nano Singapore reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any amendments will take effect when published on the Nano Singapore online store or Promotion Page.
