Please present the e-Gift Card to the cashier upon payment request.

1. This e-Gift Card is valid for dine-in purchases at Chen's Kitchen only. 
2. This e-Gift Card must be presented to the cashier at the point of purchase for QR code scanning. Screenshots and printed copies of e-Gift Cards will not be accepted. 
3. Multiple e-Gift Cards may be used in a single transaction.
4. The e-Gift Card value will be offset against the total bill amount. Any remaining balance payable must be settled by the customer using another payment method.
5. This e-Gift Card is not valid in conjunction with VIP privileges, other discount cards, promotions, or vouchers, where applicable.
6. This e-Gift Card is redeemable at Chen's Kitchen, Paragon, Singapore only.
7. This e-Gift Card is valid until its stated expiry date. Expired e-Gift Cards will not be accepted or extended.
8. Any unused balance will not be refunded, exchanged for cash, or credited toward future purchases.
9. Lost, expired, damaged, or unauthorized use of the e-Gift Card will not be replaced or reimbursed.
